I recently bought a couple of playseats as Christmas presents from the playseatstore. To sum it up, my experience was absolutely fantastic. Before I placed my order, I had some questions about the seats, and Jamie from their online chat was super knowledgeable and answered everything. I was worried about whether they’d arrive in Canada in time for Christmas. While I was waiting, I reached out to Jamie a few times, and he always checked my order and provided updates. I did receive my order right on schedule. I gave them a 5-star rating because, even though there was a minor issue at customs, the playseatstore handled it with great care. It’s really comforting to see that some retailers genuinely care about their reputation and their customers. I placed an order for the PLAYSEAT® TROPHY - GEARSHIFT AND HANDBRAKE HOLDER on November 25. Almost a week later, on December 1, I reached out to customer service and got a vague response from Jeroen. He mentioned, 'I expect your order to be shipped either today or at the start of next week.' You gotta admit, that’s not exactly reassuring. It feels like he’s got no idea about the dispatch timelines, and there’s clearly a lack of communication with the warehouse. It’s odd for a brand like Playseat to have such service. Just to add, I’ve got 1300 euros worth of Fanatec gear coming in on December 6, which is arriving sooner than the Playseat meta plate. :)

I reached out to Playseat's support team to check on the availability of the Handbrake/Gearshift Mount for the Playseat Trophy, as it was listed as out of stock. They were super helpful and got back to me quickly, making it easy to finalize my order with just my card info. I really liked that they covered the shipping costs too. The entire interaction was friendly and courteous. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be telling my friends and coworkers about Playseat.

I got a playseat evo along with some extra accessories for my son's birthday. The quality is top-notch, and my son is super thrilled with it. We did run into a little issue with shipping, but they fixed it up right away. Their customer service is fantastic, so I'm giving them a solid 5 stars!

I placed my order for the Playseat without any hassle, but just a heads up, they don’t accept visa-debit cards. Shipping was promised in 48 hours, but I still haven’t gotten it since I ordered on Wednesday afternoon, which is a bummer for my weekend plans. I reckon they could make things a bit clearer.
